Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 10X (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is free to download and provides access to certain basic features at no cost. Some advanced or additional features (“Premium Features”) may require an in-app purchase to unlock.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

2. Premium Features and In-App Purchases

Some content or features within the App may be offered as optional, paid upgrades. All purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system using your Apple ID account, and are managed via a secure third-party service provider.

When you make an in-app purchase:

  • You will see a purchase prompt before any payment is charged.
  • Payment is processed through your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
  • If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
  • We do not have access to your payment information.

3. Refunds

We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests for in-app purchases must be made through Apple Support, in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require you to create a user account to access its core features. However, certain features — such as AI Coaching — may allow or require you to upload video segments for analysis. These videos may contain personal information, such as your likeness, voice, or background environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, text, graphics, and other materials within the App are the property of 10X and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or any portion thereof without our prior written permission.

6. AI Coaching and Firebase AI

The App includes AI-powered coaching features (“AI Coaching”) that use Firebase AI Logic and other machine learning technologies to provide insights, recommendations, and automated responses. These features are designed for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (medical, fitness, or otherwise).

By using the AI Coaching features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are produced automatically by algorithms and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
  • You are solely responsible for your own actions and decisions based on AI-generated suggestions.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
  • Certain data that you provide — including video segments you upload — may be securely transmitted to Firebase AI Logic for analysis in order to deliver AI-generated coaching insights. These videos may contain personal information (such as your likeness or voice), but are processed only for the purpose of providing the requested AI functionality and are not used to train public AI models or shared with third parties.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with Firebase AI beyond what is necessary to provide these features.

If you prefer not to have your interactions processed by AI systems, please avoid using the AI Coaching features within the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all related services, including AI Coaching features, are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s functionality, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We specifically disclaim any warranties concerning the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, its Premium Features, or AI Coaching functionality. We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if you reside outside of the United Kingdom, you may be entitled to the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your local jurisdiction.
