10X ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our tennis training application and its AI Coaching features.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

  • Camera and Microphone Data: We access your camera and microphone to record tennis training sessions for analysis purposes.
  • Media Library Access: We access your photo library to save and retrieve training videos.
  • Device Information: We may collect device-specific information such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Uploaded Training Footage: When you use AI Coaching features, the video segments you upload may contain personal information such as your likeness, voice, or background environment. These videos are securely transmitted to Firebase AI for processing to generate analysis and insights.

Usage Data

  • App Analytics: If you consent, we collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our app's performance and user experience.
  • Crash Reports: We collect crash reports to identify and fix technical issues.
  • Training Data: We store your tennis training videos and analysis data locally on your device.
  • AI Interaction Data: We may temporarily process text or video data through Firebase AI to deliver real-time feedback or insights. These data are not used to train public AI models and are deleted after processing.

How We Use Your Information

  • Training Analysis: Process your tennis videos to provide stroke analysis, feedback, and AI-generated insights.
  • AI Coaching: Use Firebase AI Logic to analyse uploaded video segments and produce automated feedback or suggestions.
  • App Improvement: Use anonymous analytics data to enhance app features and performance.
  • Technical Support: Use crash reports to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Personalization: Customize your experience based on your dominant hand preference.
  • Service Enhancement: Use aggregated, non-identifiable usage data to improve our AI models and user experience.

We do not use your uploaded videos or personal data to train public AI models, share with external parties, or use for marketing or advertising.

Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Your training videos and personal data are primarily stored locally on your device.
  • AI Processing: When you use AI Coaching features, videos are securely transmitted to Firebase AI servers for temporary processing. Firebase processes the data only to provide the requested AI functionality.
  • Limited Retention: Videos and AI input data are deleted automatically once analysis is complete, unless you choose to save results locally.
  • Encryption: All video and data transmissions between the app and Firebase AI are encrypted in transit using industry-standard security protocols.
  • Access Control: We do not sell, share, or grant third-party access to your training videos or AI data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process limited information. Analytics and AI services are enabled only with your consent:

  • Firebase Analytics – For anonymous usage analytics (Google)
  • Firebase Crashlytics – For crash reporting (Google)
  • Firebase AI Logic – For processing uploaded videos and generating AI-powered coaching insights (Google)

These services operate under Google’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms. Firebase AI Logic processes uploaded data securely and does not use it to train or improve Google’s external models.

We also use a third-party service to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. This service may collect limited transaction data (such as purchase receipts and user identifiers) for subscription verification.

Your Rights and Choices

  • AI Feature Consent: By using AI Coaching features, you consent to the processing of your uploaded videos by Firebase AI for analysis.
  • Analytics Consent: We collect analytics only when you have provided consent in the app settings. You can change this at any time.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete your training data by uninstalling the app or using the app’s data management features. You may also request deletion of AI-processed videos by contacting us.
  • Permission Control: You can revoke camera, microphone, or media library permissions through your device settings.
  • Access and Correction: You may contact us to access, review, or request corrections to any personal data we hold about you.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
